We work in the close environment as a team to complete the projects. Thus, every individual employees are our assets for which we care. Safety measures is therefore the key factor we have been implementing in every projects with the mission to ensure the team health and minimize injuries and fatalities. For this, we conduct yearly health check up programs and insurance of the workers while first aid kits and personal protecting equipments(PPE) is provided in every site.
- Prepare safety rules for the project.
- Thorough inspection of the site every day.
- Inspect whether the workers and supervisory staff are using hard hats, gloves, boots, masks, welder’s safety glass according to their respective work.
- Check whether there are sufficient safety signs, lights while working at the night.
- Check if any of the live wires are left naked, any trenches or manholes left open and without any safety signs.
- Check whether the construction area is well protected with temporary fence, barricades etc. wherever necessary.
- Check the tools, machinery and equipment and report whether they pass the safety checks.
- Check for sufficient first aid material at the site at all times.
- Study and make note of the existing underground electrical wires, water, telephone wires etc and make aware of them to the concerned workers.
