Construction of National Public Health Laboratory Building(NPHL), Teku, Kathmandu. This building after completion will be an only building in Nepal with state of art design to have fully equipped laboratory being biggest laboratory building in the country. Major highlights includes foundation piling structure, VRF system HVAC, sewerage and effluent treatment plant, reserve tank, and firefighting equipments as per current norms.

Scope of works includes civil works, electrical works, firefighting works, HVAC works, sanitary works, landscaping works all complete ready to movie in. Major highlights of this project is single basement with the foundation type of foundation piling and raft concreting works.
