Commenced in December 2022, the project is located in the center of core area of putalisadak. Thus, the foundation works was the major challenge as we need to protect the surrounding property with maximum health and safety policy. KIEC building is a corporate building with double basement and eight floors with state of art design equipped with modern amenities. It was recently handed over to our happy client.
Dharmashala, also called as ATITHI SADAN is constructed for the shelter to pilgrims visiting at Budhanilkantha temple. Funded by Government of India and implemented by CLPIU, DUDBC and awarded to us in February 2021. It is built in Nepali architecture with Dachhi Appa in the facades, attached bathrooms in each rooms with the provision of hot water and air conditioned rooms. It was inaugurated by Vice President of Nepal and honorary consulate of India for Nepal.
This project is the turnkey project acquired through tender process with the construction work scope of factory building, kitchen and dining block, R.C.C pavement road, concrete piling works and retaining walls in the premises of facory. It is the time bounded project to be completed within 12 months. Thus, with the target to complete the project in stipulated time, construction works is on full swing with fully equipped tools and machineries and 125+ manpowers with the best team of technicians and supervisors of our company.

Two identical buildings designed in the modern concept by Design Cell with landscaping works all completed was handed over within the time frame.
This project is started in mid august of 2017. There are 5 blocks to be constructed which are main block of hotel, apartment, restaurant, office and reception block. Other work scope are construction of retaining wall and fencing works and steel structure works.

This project is multi use multi storeyed building with single basement which have canteens, administrative blocks, training halls, production hall that accommodates over 500 workers at a time, in house staff rooms and chairman’s room. This project is one of our remarkable achievement as we handed over the project within 11 months from the date of agreement which was 2 months earlier than the stipulated time. For this, we were also awarded the bonus for completing in time.
Urban Oasis projects is the housing project located in Hattiban, Lalitpur with the state of art modern buildings. There are 10 individual building of 3 different modern design with gym hall, spa hall and swimming pool. It is one of the luxurious housing concept in Kathmandu in which each building covers 5000+ Sq.ft of built up area with the land of 8+ aanas for the greenery and parking space.
